Do you have a security checkpoint? Yes, all guests arriving to the park will go through a security checkpoint at the entrance of the park. All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. will be examined prior to entering. Sharp objects (including pocket knives and metal chains), firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle. No outside food or beverage prohibited.
At what age are children required to have an admission ticket? Kids under 2 are free and do not require an admission ticket
Can I bring my own food and drinks? No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage inside the park including full water bottles. We do have drinking fountains inside the park to fill your empty water bottles once inside. Exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies, baby food, and formula. Guests with special dietary needs should inform the security checkpoint when they enter the waterpark. COVID 19 Rules
Do you have food and beverage options? Yes, we have a concession stand selling pizza, burgers, salads, fries, ice cream, soda and more! Also, our swim up tiki bar has frozen daiquiris, kids virgin daiquiris, beer, wine and snacks to purchase.
Can I leave the park and reenter? Yes. Please note you will go through security checkpoint upon reentry into the park.
How much is parking? Parking is free for our guests!
What happens if it rains? Waterpark & Rides are weather permitting. Please check the weather ahead of your visit. Depending on the type of precipitation and/or wind, certain rides will close for the safety of our guests and employees. The Watering Hole Safari and Waterpark does not offer rain checks.
If I lost something at the park, what do I do? If you have lost something, check our lost and found at the entrance of the waterpark. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 48 hours. Do you have a military discount? Yes, we offer $3 off admission for all active, retired and honorably-discharged members of our Armed Forces. Proper ID required. Discount only available at ticket desk inside the park. Must present ID prior to purchasing. Not available online.
Do you offer a senior discount? Yes, we offer $5 off admission for Seniors age 65 or older. Proper ID required. Discount only available at ticket desk inside the park. Must present ID prior to purchasing. Not available online.

Can I bring my own lifejacket? Yes, lifejacket must be Coast Guard Approved with valid stamp of approval. Please note lifejackets will be checked at security checkpoint for approval. Water wings and rafts are not permitted

Do you have an ATM? Yes, there is an ATM located inside the arcade/gift shop
Does my baby need to wear swim diapers? Yes, swim diapers are required all children under the age of 3 and all children who are not toilet-trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the gift shop.
How tall do you have to be to drive the go-karts? Children must be 54" tall to drive a go-kart. Two passenger karts available. Two passenger karts must be operated by a person 16 years or older. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.
How tall do you have to be to drive the bumper boats? Children must be 48" tall to drive a bumper boat. Two passenger boats available. Can we feed the animals? Of course! Animal feed is available for purchase at safari zoo entrance. No outside animal feed is prohibited. Can result in illness or closure of the park.
